The present invention relates to a sports center management server and a method, which manage personal information as well as exercise history of members, when a user registers as a member of a sports center such as a health club or a fitness center, etc. and uses exercise equipment, and provide changed personal information and information for exercise equipment usage of users, etc. to a previous sports center or a present sports center, to take advantage of marketing for membership, when a user moves to and registers newly for another sports center in another or same area, due to moving homes or jobs, or satisfaction reasons for a sports center. A method for managing registration of sports center by a sports center management server according to the present invention may comprise: (a) obtaining exercise history information based on a users exercise service usage from a user terminal; (b) storing the obtained exercise history information which is matched to the registered users personal information and registration information; (c) notifying to a center management terminal, when the users registration information for the sports center is changed; (d) analyzing the changed registration information according to a request of the center management terminal; and (e) providing the analyzed result for changed registration information to the center management terminal.
