The present invention relates to a sensor system and a sensing method thereof, capable of measuring strain and temperature at the same time using an optical fiber line by integrally forming an optical fiber Bragg grid and a Raman optical fiber time domain reflectometer sensor. The Raman optical fiber time domain reflectometer sensor is equipped with a light source which generates light; and optical fiber arranged in an object to be measured, enabling light to proceed inside. The Raman optical fiber time domain reflectometer sensor integrated with the optical fiber Bragg grid related to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a controller to measure strain and temperature related to an object to be measured; an optical fiber Bragg grid for being arranged in the optical fiber, reflecting light having a Bragg wavelength among all light progressing in the optical fiber; an optical spectrum analyzer to generate first data using the light reflected from the optical fiber Bragg grid and transmitting the first data to the controller; and a light receiver to generate second data using Raman-scattering light scattered in the optical fiber among all light progressing in the optical fiber, and delivering the second data to the controller. The present invention is able to move the wavelength of light reflected from the optical fiber Bragg grid by changing the Bragg wavelength in accordance with the changes of an object to be measured; enables the optical spectrum analyzer to generate first data by sensing the wavelength traveling distance of the light reflected from the optical fiber Bragg grid; enables the controller to measure the strain of the object to be measured based on the first data; and is able to measure a temperature of the object to be measured based on the second data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
