According to an embodiment of the present invention, a long-term care integrated-information system may include: an institution system including a system of a long-term care institution; and an integrated system for communicating with a user terminal and the institution system, receiving long-term care application information from the user terminal, determining a level of the application information, and performing payment for a medical care expense requested by the institution system. The integrated system may include: a distributed request module for frequently receiving medical care expense providing records for the long-term medical care expense from the institution system, processing the received medical care expense providing records, generating billing data, and transmitting the billing data to confirm correctness of the billing data; an invalid billing prevention module for preventing invalid billing of the long-term medical care expense billed by the institution system; and a finance projection module for selecting at least one analysis factor from beneficiary information, insurance fee income, a system, a social factor, and a medical care expense and performing a projection analysis by inputting and applying a predetermined analysis formula.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
