The present invention relates to a salivary gland operation kit for diagnosis or operation of salivary gland diseases. The salivary gland operation kit comprises: a salivary gland catheter inserted in a salivary gland pipe through an opening unit of the salivary gland pipe; and a guide core installed in the salivary gland catheter to be forwardly and backwardly moved and to guide cannulation of the salivary gland catheter. In the present invention, also disclosed are an orifice dilator used in expanding a salivary gland pipe for a salivary gland operation, a duct dilator, and a dilator set. According to the present invention, when a salivary gland catheter is inserted in an opening of a duct, a guide core having a blunt tip expands a duct opening by going into the duct opening prior to the salivary gland catheter, and cannulation of the salivary gland catheter is guided. Accordingly, damage to the salivary gland catheter during catheter cannulation may be prevented. A salivary gland ostium and duct are expanded before cannulation of the catheter by the orifice dilator and the duct dilator, so cannulation of the salivary gland catheter may be actively performed without bleeding.
