The present invention relates to a method for predicting a capture efficiency of a molecular inversion probe by measuring melting temperature of a sequence bonded to a genome DNA of the multiple inversion probe, and a method for designing a molecular inversion probe using the same, which are used to easily design multiple molecular inversion probes having high capture efficiency to be widely used in various experiments using molecular inversion probes.
