ANALYSIS APPARATUS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC HEAT LOSS AND PERFORMANCE IN FLOW RATE OF A VEHICLE ECV FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND ANALYSIS METHOD OF ELECTROMAGNETIC HEAT LOSS AND PERFORMANCE IN FLOW RATE OF A VEHICLE ECV USING THE SAME
Disclosed are an analysis device for an air flow characteristic according to a thermal loss of an electronic control valve in an air conditioning device of a vehicle and an analysis method for an air flow characteristic using the same. The analysis device for the air flow characteristic according to the thermal loss of the electronic control valve in the air conditioning device of the vehicle includes: at least one ECV body having a solenoid converting an electric signal, applied to the inside from the outside, to an electromagnetic force and converting the electromagnetic force converted in the solenoid to an air pressure in order to output the air pressure; an air pressure flow analysis unit driving the solenoid in a preset environment condition after individually inserting at least one ECV body to the inside, and measuring and analyzing a heat generation rate due to the driving of the solenoid, a thermal loss rate of the heat generation rate due to resistance of the ECV body, and a flow change rate of the air pressure according to the thermal loss rate; and a display terminal displaying information provided by the air pressure flow analysis unit for a user. Each of the ECV bodies has a different heat resistance value.
