The present invention relates to a method for extracting a hospital process model and an evaluation indicator through multi-source patient history data analysis. The method according to the present invention comprises: a first analysis step of generating simple integrated log data by deducing an event identifier of a patient from multi-source patient history data accumulated in a hospital; a step of generating a simple process model by applying a process mining technique to the simple integrated log data; a second analysis step of generating corrected integrated log data by deducing a segmented event identifier from the multi-source patient history data and the simple process model; a step of generating a detail process model by applying a process mining technique to the corrected integrated log data; and a step of generating a knowledge base for hospital operation management by using the detail process model.
