The present invention relates to a smart tape and a smart mat based on a force technology, and a safety detection system and a detection method using the same. More specifically, the smart tape based on the force technology includes: a flexible substrate having a predetermined width and capable of being wound in a roll form; an electrode unit attached on one side of the flexible substrate and having a first electrode and a second electrode arranged at predetermined intervals; a piezoresistant rubber connected between the first electrode and the second electrode and changing a level of a voltage flowing between the first electrode and the second electrode since resistance is changed according to applied power or pressure; a voltage applying unit applying the voltage to the electrode unit; a voltage measuring unit measuring the level of the voltage flowing between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an analyzing unit analyzing the applied power by sensing a voltage value measured in the voltage measuring unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
