A portable nap pillow comprises a pillow body (1) and a pillowslip (16). A top of the pillow body (1) is an inclined area (2) having a symmetrical left and right portion, the inclined area (2) being an uneven and smooth transitional surface and corresponding to an uneven surface of a head. The pillow body (1) comprises a upper operating body (9) and a lower supporting body (10), wherein surface features of the upper operating body (9) and an upper surface of the lower supporting body (10) are identical, the upper operating body (9) comprises a vertical hole (11), the upper surface of the lower supporting body (10) comprises a through groove (12) or a gap (13), and the vertical hole (11) is in communication with the through groove (12) or the gap (13). When a supporting frame (10b) serves as the lower supporting body (10), the upper surface of the lower supporting body (10) and the upper operating body (9) are divided into two symmetrical portions, and connected via a hinge device (24). The portable nap pillow is highly comfortable, good at heat dissipation performance, highly adaptive, simple in structure, pleasing in appearance, while also providing a health function.
