The present invention relates to a high-efficiency emulsion quickly water-soluble drag reducer for a shale gas well slickwater fracturing fluid system, belonging to the technical field of oilfield drag reducers. The drag reducer is obtained by initiating the polymerization of a component A, a component B and a component C via a free radical initiator in water, wherein the component A is a plurality of non-ionic water-soluble monomers with a carbon-carbon double bond; the component B is a water-soluble polymer stabilizer of a monovalent cationic monomer; and the component C is a monovalent cationic inorganic salt. The present invention is simple and convenient to use, green and environmentally-friendly, and quick to hydrate, and has the following advantages: a high dissolution rate, convenient addition, no bubbles, salt resistance, calcium resistance, pollution resistance, high temperature resistance, good compatibility, no need to add a defoaming agent, etc.; and the drag reduction efficiency can reach 70% when the drag reducer is used during fracturing. The drag reducer solves the following problems of the existing drag reducer used as a dry powder: during use, pelletization easily occurs and hydration will not easily occur, and the compatibility with various different ions and chemical auxiliaries in the fracturing fluid is poor, which can directly influence the feasibility and effectiveness of the slickwater fracturing.
