A riot police vehicle having a sound-light synergic dispersing device (7). The riot police vehicle comprises a vehicle chassis (1), a cab (3), a controller assembly (4) arranged in the cab (3), and a carriage (5). A cabin port (51) is formed in the top of the carriage (5), and is hingedly connected to a cabin door (52); the cabin door (52) realizes an opening/closing function through a cabin door opening/closing mechanism (6); a sealing ring (54) is arranged on the periphery of the cabin port (51); a liftable sound-light synergic dispersing device (7) is arranged below the cabin port (51) in the carriage (5); the sound-light synergic dispersing device (7) comprises a lifter assembly (71); the lifter assembly (71) comprises a lifting platform (712), and a lifting device for ascending or descending the lifting platform (712); a sound-light synergic disperser assembly (73) is mounted on the lifting platform (712); and when the lifting platform (712) is ascended, the top surface thereof is blocked below the cabin port (51). The sound-light synergic dispersing device (7) is lifted when being required to operate, and is hidden in the carriage (5) when being not required to perform a task, so that the riot police vehicle has strong driving trafficability and low resistance, has functions of preventing water, dust and ultraviolet radiation, and can guarantee the safety of persons in the vehicle.
