The present invention relates to the technical field of titanium-based alloy smelting suction casting. Disclosed are a titanium-based alloy induction smelting bottom leakage type vacuum suction casting device and control method, designed for addressing the problems of an existing titanium-based alloy smelting suction casting device, such as low efficiency, high cost, complicated process and the like. The titanium-based alloy induction smelting bottom leakage type vacuum suction casting device provided in the present invention carries out vacuum induction smelting on the titanium-based alloy via a ceramic crucible, since the ceramic crucible has no shielding effect on an electromagnetic force, all electromagnetic induction energy generated by an induction coil can totally act on the titanium metal, energy saving and environment protection are realized, the utilization of metal raw materials is up to 60%-70%, and metal cost is greatly reduced. The ceramic crucible is provided with an isolation layer at an inner surface of the crucible body, and the material for preparing the isolation layer includes yttrium oxide having good inertia for the titanium metal at high temperature and can isolate ceramic materials from possibly reacting with the titanium metal in a smelting process, thus ensuring a reliable process of the titanium-based alloy smelting.
