Disclosed is a coloured three-dimensional tomography micro-imaging system based on structural illumination, comprising an illumination light source (1), a beam splitter prism (2) arranged on a light path of the illumination light source, a structure light generator (3) arranged on a reflection light path of the beam splitter prism (2), a lens (4) arranged on a transmission light path of the beam splitter prism (2), a beam splitter mirror (5) arranged on a light path of the lens, a microscope objective (6) and an objective table (7) which are arranged on a light path above the beam splitter mirror (5), a reflector (8) and a telescope (9) which are arranged on a light path below the beam splitter mirror (5), and a CCD camera (10) arranged behind the telescope (9). The CCD camera (10) is a coloured CCD camera. The illumination light source (1) is an incoherent single-colour LED light source or a white LED light source. The structure light generator (3) is a digital micro-mirror device (DMD). Also disclosed is a coloured three-dimensional tomography micro-imaging method based on structural illumination. The coloured three-dimensional tomography micro-imaging system and method are used for performing image processing in a hue saturation value (HSV) colour space, and the colour information of a sample is recovered. Compared with a traditional RGB colour space, crosstalk between a channel R, a channel G and a channel B of the HSV colour space is avoided, and the true colour information of the sample can be more accurately obtained.
