The present invention relates to a stylus pen and a digitizer, and more specifically, to a technique for constraining the use angle of a stylus pen. The stylus pen having a constrained use angle, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises a stylus pen housing and a pen tip disposed in the housing, wherein if the stylus pen is tilted by a preset angle or more from a touch screen of a digitizer, the pen tip does not come into contact with the touch screen, and the housing comes into contact with the touch screen.
