A Ts-q method for evaluating floor water inrush risk in deep mine coal seam mining, the method comprising: drilling a hydrogeological drill hole (4) in the ground (1) at a test point; obtaining, via the hydrogeological drill hole (4), a thickness M from a bottom interface of the coal seam to a top interface of an aquifer (3), a water level of the aquifer (3) and a drill hole unit water inflow quantity q of the aquifer (3); according to the water level of the aquifer (3), calculating a water pressure p; according to the water pressure p and the thickness M, calculating a water inrush coefficient value T s, and combining the water inrush coefficient value T s and the drill hole unit water inflow quantity q to perform a classification evaluation with respect to the water inrush risk. The method compensates for the deficiency of a traditional water inrush coefficient method that does not consider the amount of water in a water-filled aquifer upon evaluating water inrush risk; the method thereby overcomes the bottleneck caused by a deep region having hydrogeological conditions of a high pressure but small water content being unsuitable for mining as a result of a water inrush coefficient being exceeded; the method is simple, practical, and facilitates general application in production units.
