The present invention relates to an instyle type smartphone case. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an instyle type case which stores a smartphone in a wallet form and entirely covers the smartphone, thereby improving convenience in use and protection of the smartphone. To this end, the present invention provides a smartphone case having formed therein a storage space for storing a portable data communication equipment such as a cellular phone or a smartphone so as to protect the portable data communication equipment, the smartphone case comprising: a main body (10) having formed therein a storage space (12) for storing a smartphone; and an identification space (14a) which is opened in a front side portion (14) of the main body (10) so as to allow a user to externally identify and control the entire LCD of the stored smartphone by touch, wherein the front side portion (14) of the main body (10) comprises a rear cover (16) of which the length can be extended to cover an opening (13) through which the smartphone is inserted to be storable in the storage space (12), and which is fixed to a rear side portion (15) to prevent the smartphone stored in the storage space (12) from being separated arbitrarily.
