Disclosed is a crop cultivation method for desertification land control, comprising providing a shallow buried drip irrigation pipe in the desertification land, implementing wide and narrow row spacing no-tillage close planting using a close planting-resistant high-yielding variety, completing straw cutting, under row subsoiling, precise spot sowing, and soil covered no-tillage cultivation in one stage, and using different water-soluble fertilizers at different phases of crop growth and development period to apply to the roots of crops with drip irrigation until harvest. After alternating cycles of 3 to 10 years, the present method enables desertification land to be fundamentally controlled.
