A combined seminal vesicle endoscope comprises a visual optical fiber protective sleeve (100) and a visual optical fiber penetrating the visual optical fiber protective sleeve. The combined seminal vesicle endoscope further comprises a channel connector (200) and a visual optical fiber channel (300). The channel connector comprises an input channel (210) and an output channel (220) communicated with the input channel. The output channel is connected to one end of the visual optical fiber channel through threads. The visual optical fiber protective sleeve penetrates the channel connector and the visual optical fiber channel. A threaded buckle (310) is arranged outside the visual optical fiber channel, and threads (311) are arranged on one side of the threaded buckle facing the wounded part of a patient. The combined seminal vesicle endoscope further comprises an expanding sheath (400). One end of the expanding sheath is a pointed end (410) capable of stretching into an opening of the seminal vesicle ejaculatory duct, the other end of the expanding sheath is a connecting end (420), and threads are arranged on the connecting end and are connected to the threads on the threaded buckle. The ejaculatory opening is expanded through the expanding sheath, and then a working channel is inserted into the ejaculatory opening, so that both observation and treatment effects are achieved, and the combined seminal vesicle endoscope is suitable for diagnosis and treatment of seminal vesicle diseases.
