The invention relates to a hydrodynamic cylinder system for weight compensation and a reticulated mooring structure for securing different types of wave power turbines which operate suspended in the first metres of the water column at a depth of between 5 and 20 metres. The device comprises structural ribs and two types of tight chambers, some having a variable capacity and others a constant capacity. It operates connected to a reticulated mooring structure formed by lines made of Perlon, plastic, steel or a chain, which are interconnected to form a rectangular or cubic parallelepiped shape, where each vertex of the reticulated structure has a metal reticulating disk that allows the components to be joined and the forces generated from the anchoring system to be distributed to the high-tension anchoring lines, low-tension anchoring lines, reticulated mooring structure and line of buoys.
