An intelligent medicine-reminder medicine box (7), a medicine-reminder apparatus and a medicine-reminder method. The intelligent medicine-reminder medicine box (7) comprises a casing (2), a tray (3) for accommodating medicine, a microprocessor (4), a Wi-Fi module (41) and an alarm device (5). The microprocessor (4) obtains and stores data about the medicine-taking frequency and the medicine-taking time through the Wi-Fi module (41). Once the medicine-taking time arrives, the microprocessor (4) gives out an alarm through the alarm device (5) to remind a patient to take medicine. According to the medicine-reminder apparatus and the medicine-reminder method, the intelligent medicine-reminder medicine box (7), a router (44) and a remote server (45) are comprised; and the intelligent medicine-reminder medicine box (7) is in network connection with the remote server (45) through the router (44). The intelligent medicine-reminder medicine box (7) is in wireless connection with a network through the Wi-Fi module (41), a medicine list can be updated in a fully automatic manner, and manual input is not needed, so that the intelligent medicine-reminder medicine box (7) is intelligent, simple and convenient; meanwhile, the problems that a patient sets the wrong time due to unskilled operation and thus takes the wrong medicine, or a patient does not set time according to the prescription of a doctor on purpose so that the patient does not take the medicine on time and the medical treatment effect is poor are solved.
