An electronic intelligent helical-vaned small-caliber water meter comprises a water inlet connector (2), a circuit board (21), a battery (19), a circuit board support (18), a circuit board press board (20), a water outlet connector (12), a basic meter (4), and a housing (23). The battery (19) supplies power to the circuit board (21) and a speed reducer (22). The circuit board (21) is connected to the speed reducer (22). The battery (19) and the speed reducer (22) are fixed on the circuit board support (18) and the basic meter (4) respectively by means of the circuit board press board (20). The circuit board (21) is provided with a liquid crystal display. The water meter also comprises a metering system. By means of the structural principle of an existing mature large-caliber horizontal helical-vaned water meter, the water meter has a simple structure, a short flow channel of a water flow is required, a water meter core is seamlessly connected to a ball valve; and a vertical mounting mode can effectively overcome the problem of the sensitivity of the horizontal helical-vaned water meter.
