Disclosed are a data access control method and device for a network service provider system. In the embodiments of the present invention: when a received access request for accessing data in a network service provider system is a user access instruction, data requested by the user access instruction can be acquired from network service provider available data or network service provider unavailable data in the network service provider system; and when the received access request for accessing the data in the network service provider system is a non-user access instruction which is sent by the network service provider system, data requested by the non-user access instruction is only acquired from the network service provider available data in the network service provider system. That is, in the embodiments of the present invention, the non-user access instruction which is sent by the network service provider system can only be used to access the network service provider available data, but cannot be used to access the network service provider unavailable data. In this way, by means of the embodiments of the present invention, the access to some data in the network service provider system by a network service provider can be restricted, thereby playing a role of protecting data privacy.
