A heat preservation demolition-free template and a manufacturing method therefor. The heat preservation demolition-free template comprises a heat preservation board (1); a resin hardening layer I (2), alkali resisting glass fiber cloth I (3), a resin hardening layer II (4) and a waterproof interface layer (5) that are sequentially disposed from the inside out on one side of the heat preservation board (1); and a resin hardening layer III (6), alkali resisting glass fiber cloth II (7), a resin hardening layer IV (8) and the waterproof interface layer (5) that are sequentially disposed from the inside out on the other side of the heat preservation board (1). The heat preservation demolition-free template is suitable for being used as a heat preservation board in the wall, roof, and basement of a newly-constructed building, can be used to replace a building template, and is especially suitable for being used as a heat preservation board and a demolition-free template in the concrete shear wall of a high-rise building and in the inner and outer walls of frame structure and brick-concrete structure buildings.
