[Problem] To provide a technique for regenerating hair through the transplantation of hair follicle germ in which the color of the regenerated hair is controlled. [Solution] A method of preparing regenerated follicle germ in which the color of the hair grown after transplantation is controlled, said method comprising: a step for preparing a first cell aggregate that includes mesenchymal cells; a step for preparing a second cell aggregate that includes epithelial cells; a step for preparing a cell aggregate that includes melanocyte stem cells; a step for binding at least one aggregate among the first cell aggregate and the second cell aggregate to the cell aggregate that includes melanocyte stem cells; and a step for bringing the first cell aggregate and the second cell aggregate, at least one of which has been bound to the cell aggregate that includes melanocyte stem cells, into contact with each other and culturing the cell aggregates within a support.
