The subnet 10 controller (230) is configured to be addressable over the data bus (180) . An environmental sensor (260) is configured to provide environmental data to the subnet controller (230), and is further configured to be addressable over the data bus (180) independent of 15 addressing the subnet controller (230). A user interface (240) is configured to provide access by an operator to the network (200) . The user interface (240) is further configured to be addressable over the data bus (180) independently of addressing the subnet controller (230) 20 and the environmental sensor (260).
