A method for predicting the outcome of breast cancer in a positive tumor estrogen receptors and negative for HER2 of a patient with breast cancer, said method comprising: (a) determining in a tumor sample of said patient the expression levels of RNA of the following eight genes: UBE2C, RACGAP1, DHCR7, STC2, AZGP1, rbbp8, IL6ST, and PGMs (b) mathematically combining the values of expression levels for genes of the set whose values were determined in tumor samples providing a combined score, wherein said combined score is indicative of a prognosis of said patient.
