The invention relates to a complex of ecological agro-social buildings which protects a dwelling house along with its appurtenances, animals, garden and people against floods, reducing losses of material goods, animals and human lives. According to the invention, the complex consists of a reinforced concrete foundation (1) integral with a reinforced concrete pole (2) of a square section, which is two meter higher than the complex height, has a floor cast over the foundation, on which a glass fiber bridge (3) is mounted with the role of float and storehouse, over the bridge (3) there being the beams mounted to form a rectangle (4) with green areas for the vegetable garden, the ground-floor board (5) being mounted over the beams, where the supporting masts (16) are still of light pawlonia wood, of square section of 12x12 cm and in the spaces between beams, the walls are panels made of modern light materials such as polystyrene, reinforced with wire gauze and covered with a thin plastering layer, where the first floor (6) has also a garden (4'), and the second floor (7), with the garden (4''), too, over the second floor (7) there being a rain water tank (13) covered by a pyramid-like transparent roof (9) in order to obtain the greenhouse effect and the pyramid effect, on the South side solar panels (10) and panels (11) for producing hot water are mounted, and, at the upper side of the pole (2) a metallic support (12) is mounted for fixing the wind turbines producing electric and caloric energy, the bridge (3) being adaptable as storehouses, warehouses, coops, biogas installations or for any other needs.
