Present invention deals with the development of an apparatus which can create the curved hole by using the electrical discharge machining (EDM). EDM is equipped with the innovative mechanism which can create a long complicated curved hole, a hole that cannot be formed by conventional machining methods. With the help of present invention A long curved hole can be created by making the movement of semicircular ring, and this is possible with the help of rack and pinion arrangement. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing schematic representation of reference machining of work piece on wire-cut EDM and Figure 3 of sheet 2 showing schematic representation of slicing of work piece on wire-cut EDM.
