The invention comprises a steel superstructure designed in the form of network which comprises - i) square Hollow Section in lieu of conventional column and beam frame structure without impairing the strength of the building; ii) 15 mm thick Ferro-Cement panels with concrete mix used as a substitute of brick wall keeping the required strength of wall and roof cladding; and iii) double layered Ferro-Cement panels having thermocol placed in between and as used as outer wall and roof cladding to keep the greenness of the house through conservation of human energy.
