摘要

The present invention relates to a process for preparing layers of silver colloidal particles on glass substrate for the purpose of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, being characterized in that a solution consisting of a solvent, a soluble silver salt, ammonia and a reducing agent is subjected to ultrasound in the presence of a substrate to give rise to a layer of silver colloidal particles on a glass substrate. The invention further provides a layer of silver colloidal particles on a glass substrate being prepared in the above-described manner as well as its use for the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy with an excitation laser having a wavelength in the range of 532 nm to 1064 nm.
