PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high work efficiency by shortening a construction term without adverse influences of waves even in the area of the sea of severe waves.;SOLUTION: For a piled marine structure 1, spuds are fitted into leg wells formed in four corners of a building frame 2, and a plurality of pile installation holes are formed between the spuds. A bottom part of the pile installation hole is sealed by a diaphragm. A construction method of the piled marine structure 1 includes the steps of: towing the building frame 2 including the leg wells into which the spuds 5 are fitted and the pile installation holes to a predetermined location on the sea and supporting the building frame 2 on the sea; moving down the spuds 5 with respect to the building frame 2 through a lifting jack 6 and installing the spuds on the seabed, thereby moving the building frame 2 up to a height position where the building frame is not affected by waves, higher than the sea level; increasing a weight of the building frame 2 by injecting ballast water into a container 16 within the building frame 2 in this location; and fixing piles 10 to the building frame 2 by installing the piles 10 to the seabed deeper than the spuds 5 through the pile installation holes provided in the building frame 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
