PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically sort a received mail including a response to a question sentence included in a transmitted mail.;SOLUTION: An association information generation unit 14 determines a keyword (question sentence) from sentences included in a transmitted mail by referring to a determination term DB 32, and stores information for identifying the transmitted mail and the determined keyword (question sentence) in relation to each other in an association information DB 34. A determination unit 18 extracts a sentence following a quotation mark in a received mail by referring to a quotation mark DB 36, and determines whether the extracted sentence includes the keyword (question sentence) stored in the association information DB 34.
