PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pole installing stand easily installable in an optional position and a height of an electric pole, and easy in loading a cargo or unloading the cargo, and an electric pole installing construction method of a suspending cargo of using this electric pole installing stand.;SOLUTION: An electric pole installing stand 100 is used for supporting a suspending cargo when loaded on an electric pole 2 or unloaded from the electric pole 2, and the stand constitutes an installation part to be installed on the electric pole out of an installation member 4 installed on a sidewall of the electric pole and a support member 5 joined to the installation member. The installation part has an arm member 6 having one end installed in the support member and having the other end projecting in the outside direction from the electric pole, and a reinforcing member 7 joined to the arm member and the support member, installing a suspending apparatus on the other end side of the arm member and holding an arm part when loading the cargo or unloading the cargo. The arm member and the reinforcing member constitute a suspending part for loading the cargo or unloading the cargo by installing the suspending apparatus 13. The installation member is installed on the electric pole by using step bolts 3-1 and 3-2 of the electric pole or a plurality of bolt holes for installing the step bolts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
