PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diabetes diagnostic support device and a diabetes diagnostic support method that are capable of providing information on a saccharometabolism-related disease state in a more simple way than conventionally.;SOLUTION: A diabetes diagnostic support device stores cluster feature quantity information corresponding to a plurality of levels (clusters) of insulin secretional capacity, insulin sensitivity and liver glucose releasing capacity, in advance from medical examination data of numbers of patients. The diabetes diagnostic support device discriminates the clusters of the insulin secretional capacity, the insulin sensitivity, and the liver glucose releasing capacity to which a patient belong, from a blood glucose level in a fasting state, a blood glucose level 120 minutes after oral glucose loading and BMI of the patient subjected to disease state estimation, and then outputs the cluster level to which the patient belong.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
