PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easy registration of key traffic points which are useful in delivering services to a user.;SOLUTION: In a storing section 100, information on key traffic points is registered. An acquiring section 110 acquires information on a change point, which is detected with a terminal 20 and shows a place where a user's movement form changes. A determining section 120 determines, from a relation between a position of the acquired change point and a position of the change point registered in the storing section 100, whether a key traffic point corresponding to the acquired change point exists in the key traffic points registered in the storing section 100. When the acquired change point corresponds to a registered key traffic point, a registering section 130 registers the acquired change point and the corresponding key traffic point in association with each other in the storing section 100. When there is not any registered key traffic point that corresponds to the acquired change point, the registering section 130 registers the acquired change point and a new key traffic point in association with each other in the storing section 100.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
