Resonance antenna is disposed on the second surface of the flexible substrate. Furthermore, at least one capacitor 216 is connected between the first end 213a and a second end 213b of the resonant antenna. Electromagnetic wave having a specific resonance frequency, depending on the resonant coupling effect of the resonance antenna and the oscillation start antenna are emitted and received by the thin film coil assembly.
