Connecting device (1) between a dental implant (2a, 2b) and a dental prosthesis (3) trans - fixed, including: - a bolt (5) comprising at least two radial fins (6a), which is rotatably mounted and held in translation in one of the dental implant (2a, 2b) or of the dental prosthesis (3), - a retaining cavity (15) provided on its periphery with protuberances project (16a) extending radially towards the center of the retaining cavity (15), formed in the other of the dental implant (2a, 2b) or of the dental prosthesis (3). The radial fins (6a) and the protuberances project (16a) are shaped and dimensioned so as to cooperate by rotation of the bolt (5) in order to retain the dental prosthesis (3) trans - fixed on the dental implant (2a, 2b), and so as to allow penetration of the bolt (5) and of its radial fins (6a) in the cavity of retention (15) by a simple axial movement of translation.
