PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a water supply hose to be connected to a portable drive pump device installed on a seaside and this water supply hose to extend up to a seawater supply location to reactor accessories while avoiding debris, wrecks, and the like.SOLUTION: A cooling-water-replacement-water supply system 1 including: a portable drive pump unit 10; and a water supply hose 20 introducing seawater pumped out from the portable drive pump unit 10 to reactor accessories is provided. The water supply hose 20 includes: a hose section in which a plurality of hoses and a plurality of elbows 24 are alternately connected and arranged along an arbitrarily set water supply path from the portable drive pump unit 10 to an outlet header 58; an inlet connection fitting provided on one end of the hose section and connected to the portable drive pump unit 10; and an outlet connection fitting connected to the other end of the hose section and connected to the outlet header 58, each elbow 24 being arranged in a bent portion of the water supply path, either a 45-degree elbow or a 90-degree elbow being used as each elbow 24.
