PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an earth retaining wall, for enabling the reliable insertion of a core material even into a narrow position.SOLUTION: The construction method for the earth retaining wall comprises: a step S2 of driving a drilling device 10 to drill a ground; a step S3 of driving the drilling device 10 to construct a soil improvement body 22 while pulling out a rod 11; and a step S4 of preparing gas pipes 50 each having a smaller diameter than the rod 11 and connectable to one another via screw joints, and driving the drilling device 10 to insert the gas pipes 50 into the soil improvement body 22 while adding the gas pipes 50 to extend therefrom.
