PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a test method capable of acquiring information of crystal plastic characteristics functioning as design parameters in a mechanical structure design including a material having a crystal structure, there is a lack of consistency with simulation due to occurrence of a dislocation burst phenomenon in which a local slide deformation occurs suddenly, and moreover, sensitivity for a contact of a probe with a test piece is high, and this makes a test very difficult to be performed.;SOLUTION: A monocrystalline metal material is processed into a semi-arc shaped test piece with its one end being fixed, and a test is conducted, in which an uniaxial load is given to the other free end by a probe in an out-plane direction. A bending moment becomes 0 due to a shape of the present test piece, and pure torsional torque is applied to the test piece. By combination of the test by the present test piece and simulation, design parameters in the mechanical structural design can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
