PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience and safety of a telephone directory.;SOLUTION: A telephone terminal 1 reads IC tag information from an IC tag disposed at a predetermined location and notifies a telephone directory server 2 of the information as user state information. The telephone directory server 2, after receiving the user state information from the telephone terminal 1, acquires user state information with respect to a user of the telephone terminal 1 from a database server 4 to detect the existence of state change; and makes a push notification of notifying another telephone terminal related to the telephone terminal 1 of user state information received when detecting that a change exists. The database server 4 stores Web telephone directory information associating a name of a user with the user's telephone number. The telephone directory server 2, after receiving a telephone directory request from the telephone terminal 1, acquires Web telephone directory information of the telephone terminal 1 from the database server 4 and transmits a user name and the like excluding its telephone number to the telephone terminal of the request source.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
