The present invention provides a foldable waist and abdominal fitness apparatus that is convenient for storage and operation. A foldable lumbar and abdominal fitness apparatus 100 includes a rail 109 having distal ends 147 and 149 on both sides, a handle 105 fixedly installed on the rail by two handle assembly devices 117, and a stand assembly device. 119 has several stands 111 fixedly installed on the bottom of the rail, and a slide sheet 107 installed on the rail and moving along the rail. The handle 105 is fixedly installed at the handle storage position by the handle assembly device, and is firmly hidden under the rail. Each stand 111 is fixedly installed at a stand storage position, whereby the stand moves from the lower end of the rail to the distal end and reduces the necessary storage space. Each handle 105 is inserted between a pair of stands that are fixedly installed at the stand storage position, thereby reducing the necessary storage space. [Selection] Figure 1
