PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human error experience-based education system effective for reducing a human error generated due to illusion of an operator.SOLUTION: A human error experience-based education system includes: a storage device for storing a problem to be enforced on an examinee and an answer to the problem, a plurality of cases generated in the past caused by a human error and commentary, and a behavior example for preventing the generation of the human error corresponding to each case; a display device for displaying stimuli to be presented relating to the problem; an input device for inputting the answer to the problem by the examinee; an arithmetic control device having the function for reading the problem from the storage device so as to be displayed in the display device, and the function for comparing and determining the answer inputted by the input device for the problem displayed in the display device and the answer read from the storage device with respect to the problem displayed in the display device, the function causing a determination result to be displayed in the display device, and the function for reading the case and the commentary corresponding to a business department selected by the input device from the storage device so as to be displayed in the display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
