PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of an existing pile foundation, capable of reinforcing a pile head by integrating and fixing reinforcement steel plate walls and an existing footing with each other while reinforcing a pile body itself, and excellent in workability and economical efficiency, and a reinforcement method of an existing pile foundation.;SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure of an existing pile foundation 34 having a footing 4 on top edges of piles 3 comprises: reinforcement steel walls 2 formed by connecting a plurality of reinforcement steel plates 20, press-fitting them into a ground in the vicinity of the footing 4, and mounting the uppermost reinforcement steel plates 20a on the footing 4 via joint members 5; reinforcement members 22 mounted on surfaces facing the footing 4 in the reinforcement steel plates 20; and a time-curable material 6 injected in a clearance formed by excavating subgrade 8 between the reinforcement steel walls 2 and the existing pile foundation 34.
