PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an air conditioner having decreased performance due to aging operate with performance desired by a user by changing control parameters for the air conditioner.SOLUTION: A control parameter changing device 69 determines whether or not an air conditioner is in a deteriorated state, on the basis of collected present and past sensor information on the air conditioner. When it is determined that the air conditioner is in the deteriorated state, an operation policy selected by a user is acquired; control parameters are determined on the basis of the acquired operation policy; and control parameters of the air conditioner are changed to the determined control parameters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
