PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atom cell module and a method of controlling a magnetic field in an atom cell which stably generate a high intensity EIT signal by canceling, to some degree, a magnetic field generated inside an atom cell which is generated by a heater current, and a high frequency stability quantum interference device and electronic apparatus using the atom cell module.;SOLUTION: An atom cell module 10 includes: an atom cell 11 encapsulating atoms; a heating section 12 for generating heat as a current flows to heat the atom cell 11; and a magnetic field generation section 13 for generating a magnetic field inside the atom cell 11. A magnetic field in a predetermined position inside the atom cell 11 generated by the magnetic field generation section 13 includes a magnetic field component counter to a magnetic field in the predetermined position generated on the basis of the current flowing through the heating section 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
