PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fatigue characteristic which is used as a characteristic of a practical environment in production of tailored blank components using an aluminum alloy plate, and reduce variation of the characteristic.SOLUTION: A weld joint is created by butt laser welding of an aluminum alloy, in which, a curve when a bead surface shape formed by connecting both toe parts 14, 15 on a front bead 13a and a rear bead 13b is subjected to curve fitting by an exponentiation function which is a cubic function or linear or quadratic function, has a shape having no minimal value within a range of the bead surface shape. The weld method for creating the weld joint uses a parameter Pw, using laser output P, weld speed V, and filler supply speed Fr, in which Pw=1.3×t×V, W=1.2×V×(P+1.4)+0.018×Fr, thereby satisfies 0.70≤P/Pw≤1.30 and 2.50≤W≤3.10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
