PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a lot having a smallest fuel basic unit in light of the fuel basic unit that is a quantity of fuel used per unit material amount to be subjected to heat treatment even if a plurality of furnaces different in properties is present.;SOLUTION: A material amount per unit product and a plurality of furnaces performing heat treatment are registered in a computer (S1 to S2). A lot formation restraint condition that is a maximum material amount that can be loaded in one lot for each furnace and a fuel relational expression between a fuel basic unit that is a fuel amount per treated material amount and the treated material amount are registered (S3 to S4). A combination of products that can minimize the calculated fuel basic unit is formed as a lot on the basis of the fuel relational expression, and a lot formation result is output (S5 to S6).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
