PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a jacquard cloth pattern by binarization of the gray scale image of an original image to be represented on textile cloth.;SOLUTION: When a threshold matrix is formed so as to have the same size as that of a gray scale image by arranging threshold sub-matrices created so that a result after binarization provides a cloth structure, random noise is added to the threshold of each element in the threshold sub-matrices, and thereby the threshold matrix is created. By using the threshold of each element in the threshold matrix as a threshold for binarization, the image data of a corresponding picture element in the gray scale image is binarized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
