PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic control unit for controlling a floating crane which can prevent a suspended load thrown by a crane from becoming unstable on a water surface or in water or flowing when a plurality of propelling machines hold a hull at a fixed point.;SOLUTION: An arithmetic control unit 40 controls a floating crane 100 which includes a hull 10, a crane 30 which is provided rotatably to the hull 10 and throws a suspended load 101 on a water surface or into water, and a propelling system which is configured redundantly of a plurality of propelling machines 21 to 24.
